Plan Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned sponsored plans.

• Address service and communication challenges through direct engagement with plan sponsors, other clients, and internal teams, including financial transactions and technical services.

• Engage in relationship management initiatives with plan sponsors and clients.

• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations departments to ensure alignment of plans.

• Contribute to the development of products and enhancement of processes.

• Tackle intricate customer service and communication challenges.

• Recognize and promote plan retention opportunities involving sponsors, distribution affiliates, and third-party administrators (TPAs).

• Assist with plan management 800-number inquiries as needed.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Over 3 years of experience in the financial services sector.

• Proven customer service skills and experience.

• Experience with Omni channel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
