Plaintiff-Side Class Action Litigation Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate plaintiff-side class action and complex litigation cases from initial development to resolution.

• Conduct research and analyze complex legal and factual issues.

• Assist in formulating innovative case strategies.

• Prepare briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery documents, and other compelling legal materials.

• Engage in discovery, depositions, hearings, case strategy meetings, and other significant litigation activities.

• Collaborate closely with seasoned attorneys in a streamlined team setting.

• Aid in advancing critical matters related to securities, commercial disputes, corporate conduct, and other multifaceted claims.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex litigation.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

• Active bar license and in good standing in at least one U.S. state.

• Must reside in Massachusetts or Delaware.

• Exceptional research, analytical, and legal writing capabilities.

• Strong academic background.

• Ability to handle complex assignments with sound judgment and keen attention to detail.

• Experience in plaintiff-side securities litigation or class actions is highly preferred.

• Previous experience at a leading law firm or a similarly sophisticated litigation practice is preferred but not mandatory.
