Pitch Deck Designer – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and organize pitch decks, client presentations, credentials decks, and internal presentations in accordance with established brand guidelines and templates.

• Convert written content, outlines, and data into visually appealing slides that exhibit a strong visual hierarchy and logical flow.

• Develop charts, diagrams, timelines, and infographics that simplify complex information for better understanding.

• Modify existing decks to produce new versions, formats, and aspect ratios while preserving visual quality and consistency.

• Obtain, edit, and prepare images, icons, and mockups for inclusion in presentations.

• Ensure uniform application of master slides, styles, and components to keep decks editable and easy to update.

• Collaborate with fellow designers, strategists, and account teams to enhance content and visuals.

• Accept feedback constructively and implement revisions accurately and efficiently, often under tight deadlines.

• Prepare and deliver final files in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, and PDF formats according to technical specifications.

• Handle multiple decks concurrently, prioritize tasks, and communicate proactively about progress, inquiries, or possible delays.

• Remain updated on presentation design trends, AI-driven workflows, and emerging tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional design experience, which may include internships, freelance work, or entry-level positions.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A portfolio that showcases presentation or pitch deck work, demonstrating strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

• Proficiency in Google Slides, including experience with master slides and templates.

• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Basic skills in data visualization (charts, tables, diagrams).

• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and a desire to incorporate them into design workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across lengthy documents and numerous slides.

• Capability to interpret briefs, adhere to design direction, and accurately incorporate feedback.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Experience in an agency or fast-paced marketing environment is advantageous.

• Basic motion design skills (slide transitions, simple animations) are a plus.
