This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Create sophisticated physics problems aimed at the training and assessment of cutting-edge AI systems.
• Develop deterministic problems that have a single correct solution.
• Compose thorough, validated solutions and meticulously document the reasoning involved.
• Formulate challenges that evaluate deep physical reasoning and multi-step analytical skills, rather than mere memorization.
• Utilize Python or specialized tools to construct simulations, models, or computational workflows where applicable.
• Guarantee that all outputs are technically accurate, reproducible, and proficiently articulated in English.
• A Master’s or PhD in Physics or a closely related discipline.
• Significant research or industry experience in theoretical, experimental, or computational physics.
• Proficient in Python, with familiarity in scientific libraries such as numpy, scipy, or equivalents.
• Strong grasp of modeling, simulation, numerical methods, and multi-step problem-solving techniques.
• Capability to create original, challenging problems that mirror authentic physics workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and technical writing expertise in English.
• Experience with simulation tools or domain-specific physics software (e.g., finite element tools, circuit simulators, symbolic systems).
• Background in areas such as computational physics, statistical mechanics, electromagnetism, quantum mechanics, or related fields.
• Experience in evaluating model reasoning, benchmarking, or designing technical assessments.
