Physician Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians to gather personal recruitment information.

• Execute phone interviews to acquire personal contact details and future career aspirations.

• Make outbound calls to physicians regarding prospective practice opportunities.

• Engage with residents and fellows on various social media platforms.

• Educate physicians about PracticeMatch's career resources.

• Handle incoming calls from physicians, hospitals, and administrators.

• Operate independently to achieve daily and weekly targets for call attempts and physician interviews.

• Generate between 80-100 calls each day.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional listening abilities and professional phone communication skills.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn.

• Self-driven and assertive in achieving objectives.

• Familiarity with a sales approach when dealing with gatekeepers.

• Prior experience in outbound calling is preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience in market research; sales and/or customer support experience is preferred.

• Strong communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Detail-oriented.

• Competence in performing data entry of information received from physicians.

• Capacity to make 80-100 calls each day.
