Physician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit Physicians, NPs, PAs, and CRNAs for both locum tenens and permanent roles across the country.

• Create and execute recruitment strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns.

• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of both passive and active candidates.

• Evaluate candidates based on their experience, licensure, certifications, malpractice history, and credentialing criteria.

• Keep in touch with active candidates to enhance engagement, retention, and redeployment.

• Collaborate with account managers to ensure candidate delivery aligns with client requirements.

• Oversee documentation, candidate notes, and tasks within the SalesForce ATS.

• Offer support for credentialing, compliance, contracts, and scheduling as needed.

• Assess market trends and the dynamics of provider supply.

• Assist in staffing projections, planning, and updates for leadership.

• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proven experience in building relationships with candidates from various medical backgrounds.

• Familiarity with outbound recruiting, marketing outreach, and candidate re-engagement strategies.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and SalesForce.

• Legal eligibility to work in the United States is required.
