Physician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Implement a phone-centric outreach strategy with over 50 calls in the morning and more than 50 calls in the afternoon.

• Perform personalized SMS follow-ups.

• Conduct qualification calls lasting 15–30 minutes to verify clinical credentials, licensure, availability, and compensation expectations.

• Create structured candidate presentation profiles for open hospital positions.

• Keep comprehensive HubSpot CRM records, including recruiter notes, communication history, objections, and candidate preferences.

• Work in collaboration with credentialing specialists, travel coordinators, and account managers to ensure timely placement starts.

• Maintain regular contact with placed physicians before, during, and after their assignments to secure redeployments and referrals.

• Engage with physicians and advanced practice providers for a healthcare staffing agency, placing them in hospitals throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or inside sales.

• Experience in healthcare, travel nursing, or professional staffing is preferred.

• Ability to manage over 100 outbound touchpoints on a daily basis.

• Excellent spoken English skills with the capability to build rapport, pose qualifying questions, handle objections, and keep candidates engaged.

• 100% availability during US Eastern business hours without any secondary employment.

• Familiarity with physician specialties, medical credentialing, state licensing boards, or the dynamics of locum tenens agencies is preferred.

• Direct experience with HubSpot or specialized staffing ATS platforms is preferred.

• C1 level English proficiency is required.

• Submission of a resume and an audio recording in English is mandatory.

• A publicly accessible 30–90 second Loom video in English must be submitted.

• An internet speed test screenshot must be uploaded.

• Must be fully dedicated to this role; dual employment is not allowed.
