Physician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process for designated provider roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.

• Establish and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates for challenging-to-fill or high-volume positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp workforce requirements and formulate effective recruitment strategies.

• Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct sourcing techniques to discover and engage potential candidates.

• Keep accurate and current data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational regulations, including EEOC and healthcare credentialing standards.

• Represent the organization at job fairs, professional association gatherings, and community events.

• Work in conjunction with HR, Training, and Credentialing teams to facilitate prompt onboarding and credential verification.

• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring efficiency and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the healthcare or medical staffing sector.

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including MD/DO and NP/PA roles.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in ATS/HRIS systems (e.g., Paylocity, iCIMS, ADP, or similar).

• Understanding of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and licensure procedures.

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.
