📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients throughout the musculoskeletal spectrum, including pelvic health, via telehealth video consultations and in-app messaging.

• Assess and treat patients remotely utilizing digital tools, manage care, and oversee technology outputs.

• Implement the biopsychosocial model, evidence-based practices, patient-centered MSK care, behavior change models, and pain neuroscience education.

• Articulate clinical reasoning to enhance member engagement and contribute to product development.

• Deliver exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction and improves clinical outcomes.

• Safely and efficiently manage a diverse patient caseload.

• Collaborate within a high-performing, inclusive clinical care team.

• Adjust to evolving workflows, processes, and challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of clinical physical therapy experience in an orthopedic environment, evaluating and treating a variety of MSK conditions.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program holding a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT).

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in at least one state within the United States.

• Capability to complete necessary documentation to obtain additional state licenses promptly after receiving an offer.

• Willingness to work across different time zones.

• Ability to serve as a visible member of the care team, with name and image featured in the product and related marketing materials.

• Capacity to provide telehealth services from a private, professional setting with dependable, high-speed internet connection in the United States.

• Availability to work evenings.

• Current and foreseeable future residency in Delaware, Georgia, Maryland, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Texas, Wisconsin, South Carolina, West Virginia, Vermont, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Tennessee, Alabama, Kansas, Puerto Rico, District of Columbia, New Jersey, Ohio, Arizona, Montana, Utah, Oklahoma, Alaska, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington.

• Excellent and clear decision-making abilities for evaluating, treating, and managing MSK members, including some pelvic health, utilizing a biopsychosocial model.

• Proficient in managing a diverse caseload safely and efficiently using digital tools.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with members, colleagues, and other professionals.

• High adaptability, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Medical fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

• Additional certifications in orthopedics, pain science, or related specialties are preferred.
