PHP Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Engage in the research, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of software applications.

• Create, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and facilitate system integration.

• Perform technical analysis and design of application modules and databases.

• Ensure that developed modules adhere to architectural standards, coding standards, and quality criteria.

• Participate in client meetings, requirements-gathering sessions, solution reviews, and technical workshops.

• Assist in project delivery and system integration.

• Report directly to the Head of Software Development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, system design, and application support.

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular.

• Proficient in PHP and MySQL.

• Familiarity or experience with C# and .NET technologies.

• Practical experience in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and supporting RESTful APIs using XML/JSON.

• Knowledge of AWS services is a plus.

• Experience with CodeIgniter and MVC architecture.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, SDLC, and software design principles.

• Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.
