
Phone Sales Representative – Aftermarket Auto Parts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.
• Support customers during their automotive accessories purchasing journey.
• Guide consumers to the most suitable aftermarket parts for their vehicles.
• Manage customer interactions through phone calls, text messages, emails, and online chats concerning orders, product questions, and returns.
• Conduct outbound communications to existing customers to follow up on sales leads and finalize sales.
• Respond to inbound calls, text messages, tickets, and chats from queues as instructed.
• Utilize product expertise to promote automotive accessories.
• Recommend additional vehicle modifications such as lowering kits, lift kits, suspension components, bumpers, winches, and LED light upgrades.
• Establish customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Deliver prompt, efficient, professional, and courteous service.
• Enter and manage orders, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries.
• Address questions and educate customers while offering purchasing recommendations.
• Use phone, chat, texting, live chat tickets, and quotes to meet bi-weekly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Achieve customer service quality standards, customer contact objectives, and revenue targets.
• Inform Sales leadership of any trends or issues.
• Engage in ongoing education through company-sponsored programs and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Take part in special projects and execute other tasks assigned by management.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess or be able to acquire automotive knowledge for all supported vehicles.
• Strong sales capabilities and some product knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Ability to adhere to attendance policies as outlined by the company.
• Capacity to maintain professionalism and tact in challenging customer interactions.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including keyboarding, internet use, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Reliable personal computer and adequate internet speed; dual monitors are highly recommended.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Successful completion of the Turn5 sales new hire training program upon hiring.
• Must reside in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in operating general office equipment.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, chats, and emails efficiently.
