Phone Sales Closer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to overnight texts and voicemails promptly.

• Reach out to each new lead within five minutes of contact.

• Follow up with leads through calls and texts until every lead has been engaged.

• Secure same-day or next-day in-home appointments with licensed specialists for homeowners.

• Schedule appointments and provide field representatives with a voice-note strategy.

• Collaborate with field representatives when appointments are rescheduled or details change.

• Connect qualified and interested homeowners with state-licensed field representatives.

• Report directly to the founder of the company.

• Collaborate closely with field representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.

• Proficient in fluent, natural English.

• Previous experience in phone communication with homeowners or consumers in fields such as inbound sales, appointment setting, solar, home improvement, insurance, or similar industries.

• Maintain an ethical and honest approach in all interactions.

• Ability to establish trust quickly and communicate effectively and calmly over the phone.

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Availability to work during Pacific business hours.

• Must operate as an independent contractor.

• Candidates from offshore locations are not eligible.
