Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Respond to medication-related clinical inquiries by utilizing patient context, reference materials, and labelling guidelines.

• Assess AI-generated responses for clinical correctness, safety, clarity, completeness, and evidence backing.

• Amend any inaccurate or incomplete answers and provide structured annotations along with written feedback.

• Recognize and escalate situations that involve inadequate evidence, contradictory guidance, ambiguous clinical context, or patient safety issues.

• Consistently implement project rubrics and quality standards.

• Engage in calibration and feedback sessions.

• Examine subjects such as medication history, prior authorization prerequisites, medication indications, dosing details, contraindications, drug interactions, clinical documentation, and pharmacy workflows.

• Provide precise, evidence-based clinical annotations and evaluations.

• Ensure dependable throughput and punctual delivery.

• Swiftly incorporate feedback from calibration sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or comparable pharmacy technician experience.

• Practical experience with medications, prescriptions, pharmacy operations, and prior authorization processes.

• Strong knowledge of medication safety, drug interactions, and pharmacy best practices.

• Exceptional written communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable adhering to structured annotation protocols.

• Available for 30–40 hours per week throughout the project duration.

• Preferred: experience in prior authorization or specialty pharmacy.

• Preferred: experience with medication access programs.

• Preferred: familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Preferred: background in clinical quality assurance.

• Preferred: experience in AI evaluation, clinical content review, or healthcare data annotation.

• Preferred: experience with 340B or medication assistance programs.
