This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.
β’ Collaborate as a member of the Retail Customer Care Call Center, providing support to the Pharmacy Care Team and Inventory Control initiatives.
β’ Aid patients with their pharmaceutical requirements.
β’ Introduce and enroll patients in a variety of pharmacy services aimed at enhancing their care levels.
β’ Engage with CVS pharmacy personnel and other healthcare providers to optimize the prescription process.
β’ Handle incoming calls from CVS retail pharmacies.
β’ Precisely log non-preferred drug orders.
β’ Offer order status updates upon request.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with standard operating procedures.
β’ Complete virtual training sessions.
β’ Must be a resident of Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont.
β’ Possess an active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.
β’ Capability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island through an application process and fee (formal training is not necessary).
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
β’ Strong to advanced PC skills, including proficiency with MS Windows-based applications.
β’ Ability to complete all necessary training programs.
β’ Must have a verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
