Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a member of the Retail Customer Care Call Center, providing support to the Pharmacy Care Team and Inventory Control initiatives.

• Aid patients with their pharmaceutical requirements.

• Introduce and enroll patients in a variety of pharmacy services aimed at enhancing their care levels.

• Engage with CVS pharmacy personnel and other healthcare providers to optimize the prescription process.

• Handle incoming calls from CVS retail pharmacies.

• Precisely log non-preferred drug orders.

• Offer order status updates upon request.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Complete virtual training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont.

• Possess an active Pharmacy Technician license in your state of residence.

• Capability to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in Rhode Island through an application process and fee (formal training is not necessary).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

• Strong to advanced PC skills, including proficiency with MS Windows-based applications.

• Ability to complete all necessary training programs.

• Must have a verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
