This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement provincial hospital pharmacy strategies that are in line with the national Marketing strategy
• Establish trusted, long-lasting relationships with hospital and provincial pharmacy leadership as well as pharmacists at the center level
• Recognize emerging trends in oncology pharmacy, operational hurdles, and policy modifications that could affect the business
• Collaborate with stakeholders to devise innovative solutions aimed at enhancing infusion capacity, patient pathways, chemo suite efficiency, and pharmacy workflows
• Work together with provincial and national pharmacy organizations, cancer agencies, and healthcare entities on sustainability initiatives
• Partner with colleagues in Sales, Medical, Access, Diagnostics, and Health Systems to ensure a seamless, customer-focused account management approach and unified strategy
• Optimize customer value while preventing redundant efforts
• Act as a pharmacy subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams
• Collect insights on pharmacy priorities, operational obstacles, treatment landscapes, competitive dynamics, and pricing limitations
• Execute the Pharmacy Strategic and Tactical Plan
• Incorporate plans into Brand Strategies and access planning cycles
• Collaborate across teams to achieve common objectives
• Provide execution guidance and ensure alignment to achieve measurable outcomes for centers and patients
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (preferred), Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare fields
• Comprehensive understanding of the Canadian oncology healthcare landscape, particularly in ON and QC
• 3-5 years of experience within the Healthcare system, Hospitals, and/or pharmaceutical industry, specifically in oncology
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional initiatives
• Must be a proactive self-starter and a team player with exceptional interpersonal and motivational abilities
• An entrepreneurial mindset is essential
• Capacity for strategic thinking
• Demonstrated business acumen
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment capabilities
• A valid Driver's license is required; the selected candidate must be able to provide a valid driver abstract
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory
• Desirable: 2-3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales in Oncology and/or extensive expertise in an Oncology Treatment Center, collaborating closely with the Pharmacy team and decision-makers
• Desirable: Experience in training, marketing, and/or external affairs management
