This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate and implement provincial hospital pharmacy strategies that are in sync with the national Marketing strategy.
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with hospital and provincial pharmacy leadership as well as center-level pharmacists.
• Recognize emerging trends in oncology pharmacy, operational challenges, and changes in policy.
• Collaborate on solutions to enhance infusion capacity, patient pathways, chemotherapy suite efficiency, and pharmacy workflows.
• Work together with provincial and national pharmacy organizations, associations, cancer agencies, and healthcare entities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Access, Diagnostics, and Health Systems teams to ensure a customer-focused account management and cohesive strategy.
• Act as a pharmacy subject matter expert for internal cross-functional groups.
• Collect insights regarding pharmacy priorities, operational challenges, treatment landscapes, competitive dynamics, and pricing limitations.
• Execute the Pharmacy Strategic and Tactical Plan.
• Integrate these plans into Brand Strategies and access planning cycles.
• Offer guidance and alignment for execution to achieve measurable outcomes for centers and patients.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (preferred), Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare fields.
• Strong comprehension of the Canadian oncology healthcare landscape, particularly within ON and QC.
• 3-5 years of experience within the healthcare system, hospitals, and/or the pharmaceutical sector, specifically in oncology.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives successfully.
• Self-motivated and a team player with excellent interpersonal and motivational abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Demonstrated business insight.
• Strong skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment.
• Valid driver’s license is required; must submit a valid driver abstract.
• Bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
• Desirable: 2-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in oncology and/or extensive knowledge in an oncology treatment center, working closely with pharmacy teams and key decision-makers.
• Desirable: Experience in training, marketing, and/or external affairs management.
