This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement strategies for provincial hospital pharmacies that are in line with the national marketing strategy.
• Foster trusted, long-lasting relationships with hospital and provincial pharmacy leadership, as well as pharmacists at the center level.
• Identify emerging trends in oncology pharmacy, operational challenges, and policy shifts that affect the business.
• Collaborate to create innovative solutions that enhance infusion capacity, streamline patient pathways, improve chemo suite efficiency, and optimize pharmacy workflows.
• Work in partnership with provincial and national pharmacy organizations, cancer agencies, and healthcare institutions on initiatives for system sustainability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Access, Diagnostics, and Health Systems teams to ensure a coherent, customer-focused account management strategy.
• Maximize customer value while minimizing redundancy in efforts.
• Act as a pharmacy subject matter expert for internal cross-functional teams.
• Collect insights on pharmacy priorities, operational challenges, treatment landscape, competitive dynamics, and pricing limitations.
• Execute the Pharmacy Strategic and Tactical Plan.
• Integrate plans into brand strategies and access planning cycles.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Provide guidance for execution and alignment to drive measurable results for centers and patients.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (preferred), Life Sciences, Nursing, or related healthcare fields.
• Strong comprehension of the Canadian oncology healthcare landscape, particularly in Ontario and Quebec.
• 3-5 years of experience within the healthcare system, hospitals, and/or the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in oncology.
• Proven success in leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Must be a proactive self-starter and a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
• Capable of strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Strong skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and judgment.
• A valid driver’s license is required; the successful applicant must be able to provide a valid driver abstract.
• Fully bilingual in French and English is mandatory.
• Desirable: 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within oncology and/or substantial expertise in an Oncology Treatment Center, working closely with the pharmacy team and decision-makers.
• Desirable: Experience in training, marketing, and/or management of external affairs.
