This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Oversee the daily operations of a team of inbound phone technicians focused on specialty patients.
• Track productivity and performance metrics.
• Organize and guide workflow and project assignments.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and ensure the sharing of best practices.
• Coordinate team schedules with RMG, ASA, and manage workflow.
• Supervise and assist with complex escalation cases.
• Aid in the creation of programs and process enhancements aimed at improving customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor team and individual performance metrics to ensure service standards are achieved.
• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members regarding quality, accountability, attendance, and productivity.
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Preferred: Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration.
• Basic PC knowledge is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet usage, and email communication is required.
• Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and telephonic communication skills are necessary.
• Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and quality is crucial.
• Experience with basic math skills pertaining to dosing calculations and fundamental Excel tasks is necessary.
• Proven leadership abilities and capability to effectively nurture and support team members.
• Advanced problem-solving skills are essential.
• Capacity to collaborate with other departments to address complex issues with innovative solutions.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
• Proven ability to manage challenging conversations professionally.
• If working remotely, must have a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed.
