This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for both current and prospective Essentials and Optimizer clients regarding inquiries and issues related to PowerGridRx.
• Provide leadership in education and ensure the continuity of care and service for clients and staff.
• Address and prioritize connectivity issues related to clients, pharmacists, and TSS within PowerGridRx.
• Generate and manage Zendesk tickets when necessary.
• Guide clients to the appropriate point of contact.
• Offer TSS staffing solutions.
• Support TSS training concerning intervention documentation.
• Educate TSS and pharmacist personnel on intervention notes and parked order notes.
• Assist in managing the PipelineRx queue by allocating orders to the suitable pharmacist.
• Oversee queues to minimize turnaround times.
• Enhance pharmacy workflow by reaching out to clients on behalf of the on-duty pharmacist.
• Supervise and prioritize calls from high-volume clients, particularly during peak hours.
• Utilize the Phone Tree to maintain client visibility for the on-duty pharmacist and engage with clients or PipelineRx IT for advanced technology support.
• Ensure pharmacist coverage during designated PipelineRx shift hours.
• Organize pharmacist coverage during emergencies like no-shows, call-offs, illness, or power/internet disruptions.
• Facilitate communication between pharmacists and clients in instances of interrupted system access.
• Keep precise records of interactions and issues through nightly shift reports to the TSS manager.
• Serve as a resource for the on-duty pharmacist during shifts.
• High school diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Current National Certification and State license are mandatory.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as an institutional pharmacy technician is required.
• Strong IT skills and troubleshooting experience, including familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Skilled in using Google Drive, the internet, and email.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Capacity to transition between tasks without compromising customer service.
• Availability for emergency support is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Capability to meet physical demands, including operating office equipment, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and extended use of computers and telephones.
• Must work in an IT-secure, HIPAA-compliant office environment when applicable.
