This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the main point of contact for a designated pharmacy-only portfolio, brokers, benefit consultants, and TPAs.
• Build robust external and internal relationships to meet customer satisfaction, revenue, membership, and profit goals.
• Function as the pharmacy subject matter expert (SME) to support the AMPS client service team.
• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding members and clients.
• Serve as the AMPS/Drexi account manager for the designated pharmacy-only portfolio.
• Cultivate mutually beneficial working relationships with client contacts to promote client retention.
• Ensure follow-up on unresolved issues until they are resolved.
• Provide innovative product and service solutions to address the changing needs of clients.
• Oversee client dashboards to confirm that client expectations are fulfilled.
• Work collaboratively across departments to identify, implement, and assess service efficiencies, including performance guarantees.
• Partner with team members on client projects and new-service rollouts.
• Facilitate Open Enrollment meetings and participate in Health Fairs and client engagements.
• Maintain both external and internal information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales on relevant initiatives.
• Complete additional training and project tasks as assigned by Client Services leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 5 - 7+ years of experience in pharmacy services or sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of the PBM industry is required.
• Experience in healthcare and TPA is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-assured decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and highly organized.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Availability to travel for on-site client visits approximately 50% of the time.
