This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +14 more states.
β’ Act as the clinical subject matter expert within the account team.
β’ Offer clinical consulting services by examining drug utilization patterns and trends for Pharmacy Benefit Management clients.
β’ Provide quarterly and annual reports on the clinical components of clients' benefit plans.
β’ Educate clients about CVS Health's clinical programs and solutions.
β’ Suggest client implementation and adoption of clinical programs and solutions.
β’ Maintain above-average scores for client satisfaction.
β’ Contribute to revenue growth of the account team related to clinical programs and solutions.
β’ Collaborate and communicate with internal teams and clinicians supporting client clinical programs.
β’ Meet strict deadlines while applying exceptional writing and organizational skills.
β’ Travel as required, up to 40% of the time.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of managed care experience or 1 year of CVS Health or another Managed Care Residency program.
β’ Valid pharmacist license in good standing.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, which may include flights, overnight stays, local travel, short-notice travel, and other necessary travel.
β’ Outstanding presentation and oral/written communication skills.
β’ Proven understanding of formulary and utilization management.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
β’ Preferred: experience in a client-facing role.
