Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Operate under the supervision of the Pharmacist-In-Charge, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.

• Address pharmacy service-related issues and concerns in line with company policies.

• Respond to phone inquiries from customers and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct both initial and final assessments of prescriptions.

• Foster a collaborative team environment.

• Ensure accurate monitoring of the perpetual inventory of Schedule II controlled substances.

• Participate in relevant meetings as required.

• Assist in the training and development of fellow pharmacy staff.

• Uphold and assist in the enforcement of company policies and procedures.

• Stay updated on advancements within the professional field.

• Uphold and respect HIPAA confidentiality standards.

• Provide answers to drug information inquiries as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Pharmacist License in good standing (RPh).

• Capability to obtain licensure in multiple states as necessary.

• At least two years of pharmacy experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Understanding of laws related to drug storage, recordkeeping, and dispensing.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Effective, patient, and courteous communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks or interruptions simultaneously.

• A dedicated team player who can collaborate with pharmacists, other departments, customers, and management.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily deadlines.

• Skill in performing repetitive tasks accurately.

• Must be a resident of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Colorado.
