Pharmaceutical Virtual Territory Manager – Vaccines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Connect virtually or via phone with healthcare professionals and stakeholders from clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals across the nation.

• Represent partner pharmaceutical brands and convey approved key selling messages effectively.

• Make outbound calls and engage in virtual communications to enhance product recommendations, sales, and market share.

• Organize and conduct virtual lunch-and-learn sessions targeting healthcare professionals.

• Achieve or surpass program-related key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Cultivate relationships with key influencers, healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams.

• Investigate territory targets, pinpoint key players, map stakeholders, and generate interest.

• Evaluate business opportunities and oversee territory coverage and call activities.

• Establish rapport with customers while identifying their needs and those of patients.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Document call details and report daily activities in the CRM system.

• Support ongoing business while promoting additional services by offering insights and identifying qualified opportunities.

• Engage in team, department, and client meetings and training sessions.

• Submit relevant program expenses through Concur.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in science is preferred.

• Must be fluently bilingual in French and English (both oral and written) if interacting with healthcare professionals in Quebec.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry is necessary.

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and the ability to analyze sales trends.

• Proven history of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external business stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and plan territory coverage effectively.

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Professional, autonomous, and capable of functioning as a team player.

• Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused approach.

• Technologically proficient and digitally savvy; skilled in Microsoft Office.
