This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Drive sales and promote Lilly products across a designated territory.
• Engage with dermatologists and allergists.
• Execute responsibilities in the assigned territory while advocating for products within the Immunology sales team.
• Comply with internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Achieve or surpass account and call activity targets as well as time-in-territory obligations.
• Select and implement HQ-approved educational initiatives and resources across targeted accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate payers, health systems, and business drivers to facilitate access and enhance patient impact.
• Evaluate sales data and suggest actions to optimize opportunities aligned with brand strategy.
• Cultivate a profound understanding of the disease state, products, market landscape, and key competitors.
• Generate customer value, demand, and advocacy for the brand.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers at accounts to execute the business unit and brand strategy.
• Utilize marketing and sales materials for physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
• Organize and plan activities for regular and consistent coverage of the territory.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• BA/BS Degree required.
• Over 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in Immunology is preferred.
• A proven track record of sales success is essential.
• Experience navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity or solid understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Residency in the territory is mandatory.
• Proficient in CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Complete all assigned company- and job-related training within the required timeframes.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) may be necessary based on the assigned territory and customer requirements.
• Ability to provide a secure and temperature-controlled environment for product samples may be required.
