Pharm Tech Operations Supervisor – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a Pharmacy Operations team.

• Evaluate productivity and performance metrics.

• Organize and direct workflow along with project assignments.

• Foster a positive team atmosphere and exchange best practices.

• Manage team schedules and workflow effectively.

• Supervise and assist with complex escalations in pharmacy operations.

• Contribute to the development of programs and process enhancements to improve customer service for both internal and external clients.

• Ensure that both team and individual performance and service standards are achieved.

• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to employees regarding quality, reliability, accountability, and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as mandated by state laws.

• Basic PC proficiency; familiarity with MS Office, Internet, and Outlook.

• Exceptional oral, written, and phone communication abilities.

• Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and quality.

• Experience utilizing basic math skills for dosing calculations and basic Excel functions.

• Proven leadership capabilities along with the ability to effectively mentor and support team members.

• Advanced problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to collaborate with other departments to resolve intricate issues with innovative solutions.

• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.

• Proven capability to manage challenging conversations professionally.

• A reliable internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload speed is necessary for remote work.
