Pharm Tech Operations Supervisor – Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Pharmacy Operations team

• Supervise daily operations of a team of associates

• Track productivity and performance metrics

• Strategize and direct workflow and project assignments

• Foster a positive team atmosphere and share best practices

• Organize team schedules and manage workflow

• Supervise and assist with intricate pharmacy operations escalations

• Aid in formulating programs and process enhancements to improve both internal and external customer service

• Ensure that team and individual performance and service benchmarks are achieved

• Mentor, coach, and provide constructive feedback to employees regarding quality, reliability, accountability, and productivity

• Address and resolve complicated customer service and pharmacy-related issues that were not resolved by Call Center personnel

• Engage and negotiate with relevant parties as necessary

• Guarantee that quality and production benchmarks are met

• Facilitate employee orientation and training

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is necessary

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred

• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as mandated by state regulations

• Basic computer skills; familiar with MS Office, Internet, and Outlook

• Exceptional oral, written, and telephone communication abilities

• Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality assurance

• Proficient basic math skills related to dosing calculations and simple Excel tasks

• Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively nurture and support team members

• Advanced problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to work collaboratively with other departments to address complex issues with innovative solutions

• Ability to adjust to a dynamic work environment and make independent choices

• Proven capability to manage challenging conversations professionally

• If working remotely, cable broadband or fiber optic internet with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required
