Pet Health Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell products and services for the company's pet health clientele.

• Engage with prospective customers and convert leads into loyal brand advocates.

• Utilize training resources and collaborate with dedicated leaders to excel in sales and embody Tribe’s principles.

• Function within the company's sales frameworks and systems.

• Adhere to FTC regulatory guidelines, ensuring ethical sales practices without making overblown promises or unverified claims.

• Represent premium brands that comply with stringent FDA regulations.

• Assist pet owners in effectively using supplements to enhance their pets' health outcomes.

• Conduct regular phone and video consultations with prospects and customers.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to foster authentic connections.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours daily, starting at 8 AM CST.

• Dependable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Minimum internet bandwidth of 10 Mbps for downloads and 5 Mbps for uploads.

• Internet latency below approximately 150ms, jitter below roughly 30ms, and packet loss under about 1%.

• Compliance with FTC guidelines and FDA-regulated product standards.
