📋 Description

• Assist in managing the editorial production schedule.

• Verify content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Collaborate with writers, editors, freelancers, and subject matter experts.

• Ensure timely publication of articles while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Adhere to editorial workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality assurance (QA) systems, and publishing processes.

• Support large-scale content updates and refresh initiatives.

• Work in close coordination with SEO, marketing, product, and partnerships teams.

• Uphold editorial consistency, tone, formatting, and compliance standards.

• Responsibly utilize AI-assisted editorial systems and workflows.

• Ensure that content adheres to E-E-A-T and consumer trust benchmarks.

• Maintain editorial and disclosure standards that are suitable for insurance and financial materials.

• Experience in supporting editorial operations for a digital publisher, affiliate site, SaaS company, or comparison platform.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to learn and enhance skills in editorial, SEO, and content operations.

• Understanding of SEO, large language models (LLMs), and search-driven content.

• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities.

• Aptitude for managing multiple deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.

• A proactive, self-driven communicator.

• Background in insurance, pets, personal finance, fintech, or consumer publishing.

• Experience with large-scale content refresh projects.

• Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted publishing workflows.

• Knowledge of analytics tools like GA4, Ahrefs, or Search Console.
