Founding Content Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire content lifecycle, encompassing strategy, ideation, and production

• Propel content distribution and reach, extending beyond mere publishing

• Manage and oversee the content budget

• Create content across various formats and channels

• Develop and enhance owned channels and audience engagement

• Cultivate and refine the content voice and tone

• Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in all content produced

• Collaborate with GTM and product teams on content development

• Optimize content for search engines and AI discovery

• Engage directly with the CEO and leadership on impactful GTM strategies

• Establish Ace Waves’ content engine to connect with target audiences and assist in global expansion

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing with a sales-driven GTM approach

• Experience in a rapidly growing tech startup environment

• A distribution-first mindset; accountable for content reach and distribution

• A professional network that can be leveraged to enhance content visibility

• A hands-on creator who has successfully built a content engine

• Ability to generate original concepts that extend beyond conventional strategies

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills

• Evidence of content generating leads or pipeline, along with a portfolio to showcase achievements

• Experience in customer service, customer support, or the CX tools sector is a plus

• Background in conversational or agentic AI is advantageous

• Experience in developing a personal passion project and audience is beneficial
