Personal Lines Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture robust relationships with personal lines insurance clients.

• Assess policies for precision and identify coverage gaps, offering recommendations to clients.

• Process policy modifications, endorsements, and renewals with efficiency and accuracy.

• Address client inquiries promptly and provide expert guidance on coverage matters.

• Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.

• Collaborate closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and address issues.

• Keep accurate and current client records in Applied Epic.

• Enhance account retention through proactive communication and relationship management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager.

• Possession of a valid P&C insurance license is required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and with colleagues.

• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.
