
Personal Injury Records Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +6 more countries.
β’ Assist the legal team by handling administrative duties and case-related initiatives.
β’ Support ongoing preparation for cases and the building of case files.
β’ Ensure that files are equipped with the necessary information for case assessment and development.
β’ Report any delays, challenges, or issues to maintain case progression.
β’ Accurately document the status of record and evidence requests.
β’ Engage with external agencies, records custodians, medical providers, and other stakeholders to gather records.
β’ Acquire and oversee investigative materials, such as video evidence and body camera footage.
β’ Facilitate requests for medical records, police reports, and other necessary documentation.
β’ Monitor outstanding documentation requests and ensure follow-up until completion.
β’ Keep electronic case files accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
β’ Identify and rectify missing, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent information.
β’ Review and audit case files for necessary documentation, evidence, and records.
β’ Take charge of assigned responsibilities and drive tasks to completion.
β’ Identify additional evidence or documentation that could enhance case strength.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or in records retrieval/management/coordinating roles.
β’ Experience in Personal Injury cases is essential.
β’ Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills.
β’ Experience in auditing and reviewing case files.
β’ Skills in records retrieval and evidence collection.
β’ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Aptitude for identifying gaps and inconsistencies in documentation.
β’ Initiative and a sense of ownership in tasks.
β’ Persistence in follow-up activities.
β’ Resourcefulness in overcoming challenges.
β’ Professional written and verbal communication skills.

β’ Availability for remote work in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
β’ Availability from Monday to Friday.
β’ Familiarity with CRM: FileVine.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
β’ Knowledge of Google Workspace.
