Personal Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage in serving, prospecting, soliciting, and fostering business relationships with both members and clients.

• Deliver services customized to the needs of clients, aligning with existing strategies and practices.

• Assess special requests while promoting and selling tailored products and services that cater to client requirements.

• Ensure satisfaction and quality of service for members and clients, adhering to organizational standards and procedures.

• Evaluate member/client needs, devise and execute personalized solutions, and present integrated service offerings.

• Assist current and prospective members and clients, represent the organization, and aid in negotiating agreements.

• Build advisory relationships by pinpointing current and potential needs, thereby supporting client retention.

• Counsel members and clients on specialized products, services, and solutions; analyze and address specific client needs, manage requests, and provide follow-up as necessary.

• Gather, compile, and analyze data; prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations.

• Stay updated on the latest standards, products, and services available in the industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma in a relevant field.

• At least two years of applicable experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be acceptable.

• Proficiency in French is mandatory.
