📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and new platforms.

• Manage the entire campaign process, including builds, launches, quality assurance, ongoing optimizations, and budget management from inception to completion.

• Apply data-driven enhancements across creative elements, target audiences, campaign structures, and bidding strategies, while documenting the rationale behind decisions.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients by leading performance discussions, providing summaries, and conveying achievements, potential risks, and strategic recommendations.

• Compose performance summaries and updates that convert data into insightful, business-relevant narratives.

• Work collaboratively with creative teams, analytics, and internal leaders to implement cohesive growth initiatives.

• Ensure precise account management, timely launches, correct campaign structures, and accurate budget tracking.

• Proactively identify strategic opportunities and potential risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of direct experience in paid social, with the capability to work independently at a senior level.

• Mastery of Meta and TikTok platforms; familiarity with YouTube and Pinterest is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, formulate hypotheses, implement actions, and document insights.

• Detail-oriented with a proven history of flawless execution within complex account structures and larger budget scenarios.

• Self-motivated and independent; able to identify issues and propose solutions effectively.

• Experience with measurement and attribution frameworks across various funnels, including brand lift, sales lift, search lift, and e-commerce, is a plus.
