Performance Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute and enhance Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on Search and Performance Max.

• Carefully construct campaigns while managing keywords, search terms, and overall campaign structures.

• Oversee budgets and bids while continually refining campaigns for better performance.

• Track and measure conversions effectively.

• Analyze performance metrics to identify specific optimizations and actionable next steps.

• Collaborate closely with clients and team members.

• Optionally provide strategic support to clients with clear recommendations and a comprehensive, big-picture view.

• Optionally oversee additional performance channels such as Paid Social, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Ads, especially in Search and Performance Max.

• Capability to independently set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.

• Solid understanding of keywords, search terms, bids, and budgets.

• Familiarity with conversion tracking and the interplay between Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

• Confidence in working with performance data and deriving actionable next steps.

• Experience in reporting, using tools such as Looker Studio or Google Sheets.

• A structured, dependable work approach with clear communication skills.

• Eagerness to test hypotheses and document findings.

• Fluency in both spoken and written German and English.

• Willingness to work entirely from home and as part of a remote-first team.

• Experience with Paid Social, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads is advantageous but not mandatory.
