This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Design, configure, and launch campaigns across various digital platforms, primarily focused on sales generation and customer acquisition for e-commerce.
• Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize conversions, sales, and ROI/ROAS.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze campaign data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create customized reports for clients that include results, insights, and strategic recommendations aimed at increasing sales and revenue.
• Manage campaign budgets and allocate investments to maximize sales and profitability.
• Analyze user behavior within the e-commerce funnel and identify optimization opportunities.
• Track ROAS, ROI, CPA, average ticket, conversion rates, revenue, cost per acquisition, and sales volume.
• Design and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, messaging, promotions, and conversion strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities through the analysis of data, users, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, sales, design, content, and development teams.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in Performance Marketing for e-commerce.
• Advise clients on strategies for acquisition, conversion, and sales growth through digital media.
• 1-2 years of experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns focused on e-commerce and online sales generation.
• Proven experience working with acquisition, conversion, and digital sales growth strategies.
• Experience managing campaigns with objectives related to Purchase, Conversion, Revenue, or Sales.
• Knowledge and experience in metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, average ticket, and acquisition cost.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
• Experience in programmatic media (DV360, Mediamath, etc.).
• Experience working with conversion funnels and the customer journey in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, JavaScript, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, and Google Data Studio.
• Ability to interpret data, build informative dashboards, and generate sales-oriented insights.
• Experience collaborating with e-commerce, sales, CRM, or commercial teams.
