This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and supervise a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
• Provide direct support to client representatives
• Engage in weekly communication with vendors or operational partners regarding assigned tasks, quality of work, and enhancements
• Generate referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Develop quarterly strategies tailored for clients
• Create, oversee, and optimize paid media budgets across various channels
• Grasp client positioning and distinctive value propositions
• Ensure precise lead routing within a CRM system
• Recognize the significance of Programmatic campaigns
• Manage personal productivity and resource utilization
• Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to achieve organizational and client objectives
• Implement and enhance PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads through keyword research, ad copy development, and audience targeting to optimize ROI
• Oversee approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
• Achieve and surpass department-level OKRs, including client growth and goal accomplishment
• Foster client trust and relationships that encourage renewals
• Cross-sell services that align with client objectives
• Report results to client representatives and executives
• Make strategic decisions regarding account trajectories
• 3+ years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
• Experience specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment
• Extensive knowledge in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
• Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copy development, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data utilizing tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytic platforms
• Ability to drive results and measure using OCT
• Demonstrated and quantifiable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• A unique viewpoint on how to deliver value for SaaS
• Skill in translating and articulating strategies while narrating stories with data
• Competence to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations
• Willingness to travel to client locations approximately once per year or as required
• Must permanently reside in the United States
