Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee, monitor, and provide guidance to franchise business owners on local integrated marketing strategies, channel/tactic combinations, and programs.

• Align marketing initiatives with the customer journey and marketing funnel to achieve acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty objectives.

• Offer tracking and coaching insights on integrated marketing plans to franchise owners.

• Analyze online and offline customer engagement metrics.

• Highlight total qualified leads, cost per lead, and franchise owners failing to meet target lead and revenue goals.

• Present marketing strategies for pre-opening and grand-opening phases during onboarding training sessions.

• Advise franchise business owners on integrated marketing plan strategies for their first and second years to achieve break-even targets.

• Promote local programs and document individual franchise owners' local marketing strategies.

• Create consolidated reports on franchise business owner involvement in programs that generate qualified leads and revenue.

• Assist the manager with reviewing analytics and monitoring KPI performance.

• Collaborate with the Field Business Coach team to synchronize integrated marketing strategy and best practices with the brand's go-to-market strategy and competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a franchise service or retail sector.

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

• Proven ability to deliver results in a high-growth environment.

• Proficiency in interpreting, analyzing, and presenting metrics and trends.

• Availability for full-time work, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT.

• Capability to stand and sit in an office setting; effectively see, hear, and communicate; utilize standard office equipment and computers.

• Ability to lift and transport equipment, supplies, and materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
