This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance digital media campaigns across various channels including paid search, paid social, native, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
• Track campaign pacing and performance, recognizing opportunities, potential risks, and suggesting optimizations.
• Implement adjustments to bids, budgets, audience targeting, placements, devices, and channels in alignment with campaign objectives and performance metrics.
• Create and execute testing strategies across different audiences, channels, creatives, placements, and optimization methodologies.
• Formulate audience segmentation and targeting approaches utilizing both first- and third-party audience data.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Technology teams to assess campaign, audience, and site data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Assist in performance strategies for HealthCentral's publications, products, communities, and audience acquisition efforts.
• Generate campaign reports and analyses that elucidate performance drivers, necessary actions, and subsequent steps.
• Employ AI, automation, and agentic workflows to enhance monitoring, quality assurance, reporting, analysis, and repetitive processes.
• Oversee campaign quality assurance and verify that tracking, naming conventions, targeting, budgets, and campaign inputs are precise.
• Stay updated on industry and platform advancements, proposing new channels, technologies, targeting strategies, and testing possibilities.
• Foster relationships with media and technology partners while assessing potential new partners.
• Work collaboratively across departments to synchronize campaign strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization with client goals.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital advertising, or a related area.
• Practical experience with one or more leading advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Taboola, Outbrain, or programmatic/DSP platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital media principles, including CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA/CAC, conversion rates, reach, frequency, pacing, and budget management.
• Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization possibilities within campaign data.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including handling datasets, formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting functions.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Sigma, or equivalent tools is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, or agentic AI.
• Ability to assess processes and pinpoint opportunities for automation, consolidation, simplification, or elimination of manual tasks.
• Keen attention to detail with respect to campaign setup, tracking, budgets, pacing, and data integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of converting performance data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently.
• A test-and-learn mindset with an eagerness to explore new technologies, channels, audiences, and strategies.
