Performance Marketing Manager – Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance text-ad campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

• Strategize, construct, observe, and refine various search campaign types.

• Optimize bidding strategies and account structures within established guidelines.

• Generate KPI-driven analyses and reports.

• Convert campaign insights into practical recommendations.

• Track performance and guide campaigns towards specified objectives.

• Recognize significant SEA trends, tools, and optimization possibilities.

• Formulate processes for bidding strategies, automation, and campaign testing.

• Conduct structured A/B tests to validate methods and uncover performance improvements.

• Lead text-ad projects from conception to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SEA/PPC.

• Experience preferably includes managing large keyword sets and performance-oriented campaigns.

• Proficient use of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising.

• Initial exposure to Google Ads Scripts or a strong desire to acquire automation skills.

• Comfortable utilizing generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for ad copy and campaign analysis.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.

• Fluent in English at C1 level.

• Proficiency in German is a plus.
