Performance Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with renowned brands like yfood, Koro, and nu3

• Oversee monthly advertising budgets in the six-figure range

• Act as the primary contact for clients

• Create innovative marketing strategies and concepts

• Work in close partnership with the Creative Team to craft high-impact ads

• Independently handle and enhance paid social campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in performance or growth marketing

• Background in e-commerce is essential

• Experience in an agency setting is advantageous

• Proven track record in managing significant monthly advertising budgets

• Specialization in paid social, especially on Meta platforms

• Fluent in German with C1/C2 proficiency
