This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop assets for paid media, social media, landing pages using RD Station Marketing, and email marketing.

• Design rich content materials, such as e-books, research reports, and kits, while also creating assets for nurture emails.

• Modify assets for events, presentations, and sales materials, providing support to the Sales and Events teams.

• Effectively implement Feedz by TOTVS’s visual identity and utilize templates and the component library.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials, maintaining organized files, a keen eye for detail, minimal need for revisions, and a consistent increase in autonomy.

• Assist in the inbound operations of TOTVS’s people management platform tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.

• Develop communications aimed at HR and Payroll professionals, as well as business leaders overseeing companies with up to 200 employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing digital assets, including academic work, freelance projects, internships, or personal endeavors.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

• A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and composition.

• Currently enrolled in or having completed a degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

• A strong desire to learn, receptiveness to feedback, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
