Paid Social Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee paid digital media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads), TikTok, and Reddit.

• Manage daily operations for a range of accounts, which includes pacing, quality assurance, optimizations, reporting and insights, as well as campaign setup.

• Work in conjunction with client Strategy and Media Planning teams on the development of media plans and roadmaps.

• Build and maintain client relationships, offering insights, optimizations, and testing opportunities.

• Assist team leadership and facilitate the implementation of processes.

• Disseminate industry trends, best practices, and new opportunities to the team.

• Retain and expand client revenue to meet both company and team objectives.

• Introduce innovative ideas and solutions to clients.

• Ensure adherence to account processes through thorough quality assurance while identifying areas for improvement.

• Integrate social media efforts with wider planning activities.

• Serve as an escalation point for team and account-related issues.

• Aid in the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management.

• Report directly to the Paid Social Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in activating and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest.

• Proficiency in G-Suite applications (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

• Ability to enhance workflows for efficiency.

• Familiarity with Paid Social platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok.

• Organized working style, with the capability to manage competing priorities and independently handle tasks and responsibilities.

• Resume must be in English.

• Must be comfortable using English on a daily basis.

• Legal authorization to work and reside in the country and location where the role is advertised.

• Willingness to work night shifts; must be medically fit for night shift duties.
