This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to discuss performance, strategy, priorities, and forthcoming actions.
• Generate and distribute bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Convert campaign data into clear, actionable insights for clients without technical backgrounds.
• Foster strong client relationships to enhance retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively address account issues to ensure stability and encourage growth.
• Develop, launch, and refine Meta campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment booking.
• Oversee budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign parameters.
• Daily performance monitoring and adjustments based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and formulate strategies to enhance results.
• Experiment with audiences, messaging, and creative elements to discover opportunities for improved performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging initiatives.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking systems, Meta pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure integrations with Calendly, automate processes with Zapier, and manage lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve technical challenges between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Actively monitor tracking and lead flow to mitigate issues that could impact client outcomes.
• Report directly to the Associate Director of Operations, maintaining accountability for client results, relationships, and retention.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.
• Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts concurrently and leading client-facing discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive campaigns towards established performance objectives while fostering client retention.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation tools.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in financial services marketing.
• Preferred: Background in lead-generation and appointment-setting campaigns.
• Preferred: Knowledge of video sales letter marketing.
• Preferred: Experience with high-ticket or considered-purchase funnels.
• Preferred: Expertise in direct-response advertising.
