Performance Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Utilize data-driven insights to enhance and optimize performance campaigns across all Sleek markets.

• Conduct analysis of Google Search campaigns and evaluate onsite performance.

• Predict performance outcomes and ensure consistent achievement of targets.

• Optimize keywords and ad creatives to surpass revenue and ROAS objectives.

• Make real-time adjustments to campaigns to rectify underperformance and maximize outcomes.

• Implement bid adjustments, refine audience targeting, and manage campaign budgets effectively.

• Launch and fine-tune campaigns in emerging growth markets.

• Enhance keyword strategies and create customized ad creatives to boost conversion rates.

• Identify and relay actionable growth opportunities to ecommerce and sales teams.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tracking discrepancies to guarantee accurate campaign attribution.

• Engage in both technical and soft-skill interview processes.

• Provide a professional reference and complete necessary background screening prior to final offer confirmation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in in-house performance marketing, not from an agency perspective.

• Proven experience managing a minimum of USD $100,000 in monthly expenditures.

• Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue and customer acquisition targets.

• A minimum of 6 years of practical experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and reporting.

• Comprehensive understanding of optimization across various Google Ads campaign formats.

• Extensive Performance Max experience is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboards.

• Capability to analyze large datasets and derive meaningful trends and insights.

• Experience in identifying tracking discrepancies and addressing complex attribution/tracking challenges.

• Expertise in forecasting and tracking performance targets.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working collaboratively with marketing, BI, and ecommerce teams.

• Demonstrated ownership, reliability, and commitment to completing tasks.

• Humility, receptiveness to feedback, and eagerness to learn.

• Structured thinking and sound judgment.

• Data-driven mindset.

• Ability to positively navigate challenging situations.

• Agreement to undergo required background screening, including checks for education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit history.
