This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take charge of paid acquisition initiatives on Google and Meta, focusing on generating new customer revenue while maintaining a cost-effective customer acquisition cost (CAC).
• Expand and enhance a Google Ads account with a monthly budget exceeding $100k, encompassing Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube channels.
• Integrate CRM conversion values, customer statuses, and margin data into a value-based bidding strategy.
• Create Meta advertising from the ground up, including the development of account structures and testing frameworks.
• Establish an ideation-to-production workflow for advertising creatives.
• Extract insights for audience targeting and creative development from CRM data, customer reviews, sales call transcripts, support tickets, forums, competitor advertisements, and search terms.
• Generate and refine advertising concepts, angles, hooks, formats, static ads, UGC-style videos, and motion graphics using AI technologies.
• Provide briefs and oversee designers, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
• Set CAC targets, bids, budgets, and channel objectives based on unit economics.
• Design and assess holdout, geographic, or lift tests to measure incrementality.
• Strategically plan and document structured campaign tests, including hypotheses, metrics, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking across GA4, GTM, CAPI, and offline conversions.
• Identify and recommend solutions for server-side tracking, landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO), video production, feed management, and localization requirements.
• Initiate and assess new paid channels with clearly defined testing, budgeting, tracking, and scaling criteria.
• Compile weekly reports detailing expenditure, new customer acquisition, CAC, and revenue by channel, along with definitions of sources and metrics.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, executive team, and Head of Marketing.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in paid acquisition.
• Proven track record of personally building and managing paid acquisition accounts.
• Experience managing monthly Google Ads budgets of $50k or more.
• In-depth knowledge of automated bidding strategies, including tROAS, tCPA, value-based bidding, and Performance Max.
• Experience in establishing a Meta account from scratch.
• Strong comprehension of margin, average order value (AOV), lifetime value (LTV), payback periods, and break-even CAC.
• Experience optimizing for new customer revenue generation.
• Proficient in constructing audiences using first-party data and research methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts, supported by a portfolio.
• Experience in conducting or interpreting incrementality tests.
• Familiarity with attribution windows and models.
• Capability to link CRM sales data with Google and Meta platforms and troubleshoot tracking issues.
• Experience in hiring, briefing, and managing freelancers or agencies.
• Successfully launched at least one new paid channel from the ground up.
• Experience managing campaigns for products marketed across multiple countries.
• Proficient in English at C1/C2 level.
• Daily use of AI for research, creative generation, reporting, and data visualization.
• Ability to select suitable image and video AI models.
• Competence in identifying and verifying inaccuracies in AI outputs.
• Nice-to-have: 1–2 years of experience in a performance agency.
• Nice-to-have: Background in e-commerce, custom products, merchandise, or print-on-demand sectors.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with funnels combining self-service checkout and sales-led transactions.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with server-side tracking, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
