Performance Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and expand the paid acquisition strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok.

• Propel international growth through comprehensive market research, go-to-market strategies, launching into new markets, validating economic potential, and scaling operations.

• Establish, recruit, and nurture a high-achieving performance marketing team.

• Conduct hypothesis testing across various markets, audiences, channels, creatives, and sales funnels.

• Collaborate with Creative, Design, and Analytics teams on experiments, analyses, and execution strategies.

• Work closely with the Product Team to align marketing insights with product strategy, enhance customer experience, and drive growth.

• Engage directly with co-founders on topics such as growth, market expansion, investment priorities, and the performance marketing roadmap.

• Define operational processes and establish the functioning of the performance marketing department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

• Demonstrated success in scaling paid acquisition campaigns on Meta and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok is a plus.

• Deep understanding of metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, and hook rate, and their relevance to product metrics.

• Proven experience in budget management and making prioritization decisions across various marketing channels.

• An analytical mindset with the ability to independently delve into data.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance personal and team productivity.

• A proactive and hands-on approach, taking full ownership of the entire function.

• Ideally situated within the CET or EET time zone.

• Preferred: experience in launching and scaling new markets.

• Preferred: background in building or managing a performance marketing team.
