Performance Marketing – Assistant Manager/Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee performance marketing efforts on Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.

• Propel growth on third-party marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and other emerging channels.

• Strategize, implement, and optimize campaigns aimed at enhancing sales, ROAS, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

• Collaborate with marketplace, sales, creative, and brand teams to boost conversion rates.

• Oversee campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and platform-level optimization efforts.

• Analyze campaign and platform data to gain insights into sales performance.

• Develop dashboards and reporting systems to track key performance metrics and inform business actions.

• Experiment with creatives, audiences, offers, and media strategies.

• Provide support for new product, flavor, and market launches.

• Contribute to the development of Firki’s digital commerce engine as the brand expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Commerce.

• Preferred experience in FMCG, consumer products, D2C, or high-frequency consumer categories.

• Hands-on experience with managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.

• Proven experience in driving performance across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

• A sales-oriented approach focused on revenue generation rather than just impressions and clicks.

• Strong analytical skills in handling campaign data, attribution, and performance reporting.

• Ability to balance creative instincts with data-driven decision-making.

• Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to experiment, learn, and take ownership of tasks.
