Performance Marketer – Dating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Promotion of dating products through paid traffic sources: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or others.

• Creation of advertising creatives independently and in collaboration with the creative team.

• Market and competitor analysis to identify new approaches.

• Working with RedTrack, Voluum, and other analytics tools; optimizing campaigns according to KPI.

• Developing concepts and writing specifications for new landing pages.

• Building simple and complex marketing funnels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in performance marketing and practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other traffic sources.

• Expertise in building full-funnel marketing strategies.

• Experience with analytics and trackers such as RedTrack / Voluum or other tracking tools.

• Strong analytical skills; ability to substantiate viewpoints and make data-driven decisions.

• Outstanding results in previous roles, supported by specific metrics and achievements.

• Systematic approach: structured thinking, ability to see the big picture while managing details.

• Fluency in Ukrainian.

• English language proficiency at B1 level.

• Experience in the dating industry is preferred.
