Performance Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Transform validated strategies into a weekly production schedule, specifying owners and timelines.

• Manage the publication calendar encompassing content, advertisements, emails, and the website.

• Ensure initiatives progress smoothly by removing obstacles for producers, streamlining reviews, and upholding deadlines.

• Conduct weekly planning sessions and reporting with leadership.

• Create and launch landing pages, including feature pages, campaign pages, and advertorials.

• Compose, design, and dispatch email campaigns and lifecycle sequences for releases, nurturing, and onboarding.

• Draft briefs for agencies and designers utilizing the locked brief format.

• Oversee internal producers, which include a designer, video editors, and a marketing operations coordinator.

• Facilitate weekly planning meetings with agencies focusing on advertisements, social media, and video content.

• Monitor agency deliverables and evaluate work against design specifications.

• Analyze results by channel and provide weekly reports.

• Advise on which initiatives should be discontinued or scaled based on performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, content production, or agency production management.

• Experience as a performance marketer.

• Practical experience in launching landing pages using Framer, Webflow, or clean HTML.

• Hands-on experience in constructing and sending email campaigns using a robust Email Service Provider (ESP).

• Background in managing designers, editors, or agency production teams.

• Capability to critically assess creative assets.

• Exceptional written English skills.

• Proficiency in French is advantageous.

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Figma, Frame.io, ActiveCampaign/Customer.io, or Framer.
