Performance Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop, initiate, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and various other digital channels.

• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.

• Perform research on audiences, keywords, and competitors to uncover growth potential.

• Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign strategies.

• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

• Allocate and oversee advertising budgets to optimize return on investment.

• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Track customer acquisition funnels to identify areas for optimization.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, changes in advertising platforms, and new technologies.

• Contribute to initiatives for lead generation, demand generation, and revenue growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or comparable platforms.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting marketing data and making informed decisions.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other similar reporting platforms.

• Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities concurrently.

• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agency settings is a plus.

• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools is advantageous.
